Brand Color System

This palette combines a deep charcoal base with a vibrant golden accent to create a balance of strength, warmth, and modern sophistication. Slate Charcoal grounds the identity with a confident, refined tone, while Golden Amber introduces a touch of luxury and standout emphasis across key touchpoints. Together, these colors establish a bold yet approachable visual system that feels mature, contemporary, and memorable.

Typography

For this project, I chose to use a single typeface in multiple weights to keep the visual system clean, modern, and consistent. By relying on one font family, I was able to create clear hierarchy, maintain readability, and ensure harmony across all brand applications without overwhelming the design. The variation in weight provides structure and emphasis while supporting a minimalist, professional aesthetic.

Sketches

The sketch phase for this project focused on exploring layout structures, visual hierarchy, and content flow for the flyer, postcard, and carousel designs. Rough thumbnail concepts helped determine how to highlight property details, balance imagery with text, and maintain a cohesive visual system across all formats. This early ideation stage guided the final compositions and ensured each piece communicated clearly and effectively.

High Fidelity Wireframes

To develop the high-fidelity wireframes for my real estate flyer, postcard, and social carousel set, I began by translating the project goals into a clean visual structure that prioritized clarity and hierarchy. Using the approved brand elements as a foundation, I mapped out the placement of key information, such as property details, agent contact, and CTA to ensure every layout supported quick scanning and real-world usability. This phase allowed me to refine spacing, alignment, and rhythm before introducing final design elements.

These final deliverables present a cohesive set of real estate marketing materials, including a flyer, postcard, and multi-slide carousel. Each piece is designed with clear hierarchy, strong imagery, and consistent branding to effectively highlight property features and support compelling, professional property promotion across both print and digital platforms.

This real estate marketing campaign is designed to present the featured high-rise property as a premium, desirable, and modern living space, using clean layouts, warm imagery, and clear hierarchy to communicate value at a glance. The combination of print materials including a flyer, postcard, signage and digital assets such as social media posts and web banners ensures consistent branding across all buyer touchpoints. Each piece highlights the property’s key features, price, and agents, making it easy for potential buyers to engage, inquire, and take the next step toward viewing the home.
